Gold Work Stars kit

These stunning Gold work Stars kit , use real Gold, Silver and Copper threads, from the UK’s last Goldwork thread maker.

They are a stunning addition to any Christmas or festive decoration. By Mastering this Ancient art, in the comfort of your own home, you can create an heirloom piece.

We sew the stars using Guttermans all sew Thread to secure the metallic threads and wires, to a Felt pad which creates depth and texture, Using a variety of the Basic Goldwork Stitches.

Each gold work stars kit contains – calico, gold No8 thread, Silver T69 thread and copper T69. Along with wool felt, gold silver and copper bright check. smooth purl and pearl purl, alongside a stunning illustrated guide and all the needles required to make up these beautiful stars.

We have also included into the kit, a foam gold work mat (velvet board),  preventing your threads from becoming  damaged whilst working.

The Goldwork Stars are be used as a Seasonal Decoration or used all year around. They make a Feature on your tree, or mantel shelf to add a sparkle to your day.

The item also comes in a lovely presentation box, protecting all your materials  safe.
